Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience managing e-commerce websites and online product catalogs.
• Knowledge of web development, including website themes and functionality.
• At least 3 years of experience with HTML and CSS, and strong JavaScript skills.
• Experience with APIs and integrating software applications and data sources.
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms and automated system integrations.
• Experience integrating e-commerce platforms and shipping systems with an ERP system.
• Understanding of sales, purchasing, order management, and inventory processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate data.
• Flexibility to support different business functions as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

• Manage and maintain our e-commerce websites, catalogs, product listings, pricing, and related data.
• Support website development, maintenance, and enhancements, including creating and customizing themes.
• Develop and maintain API integrations connecting software applications, platforms, and data sources.
• Use iPaaS solutions to connect business systems, automate workflows, and improve data exchange.
• Monitor and maintain integrations among e-commerce channels, shipping platforms, and our ERP system.
• Identify and implement improvements to website functionality, user experience, productivity, and e-commerce performance.
• Assess website performance and recommend changes to increase conversions, customer engagement, and online sales.
• Provide backup support for sales and purchasing, including order processing, purchasing workflows, inventory, and customer needs.
• Troubleshoot website, catalog, integration, and data synchronization issues with internal teams and external technology providers.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and support business growth.
