We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Remote Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, enjoy helping others, and are comfortable performing administrative tasks in a remote work environment.

No extensive experience is required. The ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and capable of providing excellent customer service while helping maintain efficient daily operations.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
Assist clients and customers through phone, email, and other online communication channels.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and send reminders as needed.
Respond to emails and maintain professional communication.
Maintain accurate records, update databases, and organize digital documents.
Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
Handle confidential information responsibly and professionally.
Follow up on messages, requests, and assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
No prior receptionist experience required; training may be provided.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including email, internet navigation, and data entry.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to professional customer service.
