About The Role We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor / Licensed Plumber Location: Oklahoma Work Type: Full-Time About The Role We are seeking an experienced Licensed Plumber / Plumbing Supervisor to perform and oversee plumbing work across service, new commercial, and new residential construction projects . The role will supervise apprentices and journeymen, ensure work meets plumbing codes and quality standards, assist with inspections, and review larger commercial and new-construction projects. Main Responsibilities Perform and supervise plumbing installation, repair, and service work. Oversee apprentices and journeymen and help manage field crews. Review plumbing work on commercial and residential new construction projects. Ensure work complies with applicable plumbing codes and regulations. Coordinate and assist with inspections when required. Review project plans, plumbing work, and installation quality. Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards. Help troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance to crews. Work with management to maintain proper licensing and project compliance. Main Requirements Current Oklahoma contractor/plumbing license in good standing. Experience in plumbing service, new commercial construction, and new residential construction. Proven ability to supervise plumbing crews, apprentices, and journeymen. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and inspections. Clean driving record and ability to meet company background requirements. Willingness to work under the company's contractor license requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining company quality standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
