We are looking for a Medical Writer to join the Medical Information team with our pharmaceutical client. This person should have a PharmD, and will be responsible for medical writing, scientific content review, and content maintenance in support of Medical Information Content Strategy and Innovation (MI-CSI).

• Creates and updates patient scientific responses, supports content management and quality assurance for payer digital content and innovative and digital healthcare professional (HCP) content, and provides backup support for global medical information escalations as needed.
• Collaborates with internal scientific partners to deliver accurate, balanced, clearly written, and audience-appropriate content.
• Strong medical writing, literature evaluation, and scientific review capabilities are the primary requirements for this role.
• Experience with digital content platforms, design tools, or artificial intelligence (AI) is an additional asset.

Skills and Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent advanced scientific or clinical degree Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in medical writing, Medical Information, Scientific Affairs, or scientific content development. Demonstrated experience writing and reviewing scientific or medical information content, conducting literature searches, and interpreting clinical evidence. Experience collaborating with cross-functional scientific teams and managing multiple content assignments and deadlines. Strong medical writing and scientific research skills, with the ability to synthesize evidence and communicate accurately for different audiences, including patients. Strong clinical and scientific judgment, attention to detail, and ability to identify and resolve content quality issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; ability to learn the collaboration and content management tools needed for assigned work. • Experience with patient-facing content, global medical information responses, payer content, or multiple therapeutic areas. • Familiarity with scientific content management platforms, SharePoint, digital publishing tools, or Adobe Creative Cloud applications. • Interest or experience in AI-enabled content workflows, digital content innovation, or reporting tools.
