Primary Responsibilities:
• Support our busy recruitment team. In this role, you will help streamline the hiring process for
clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring we bring top talent on board.
• You will serve as a contact for job applicants, coordinate interview logistics, and maintain
compliance with healthcare staffing regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant
Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software.
• Experience in Paylocity is a plus!

• This is a Hybrid position which will require some in-person commitment . High school diploma
or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related
field is a plus.
• 1 to 2 years of administrative or human resources experience; previous background in a
healthcare setting or medical staffing is strongly preferred.
