We are hiring a Desktop Support Technician II to provide hands-on computer, hardware, software, network, and peripheral support to employees.

Key responsibilities:

\n
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, service, and repair desktops and laptops
\n
• Install and support operating systems and business software
\n
• Troubleshoot printers, drivers, peripherals, and network connectivity
\n
• Support VPN, RSA authentication, and video-teleconference systems
\n
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, and communications issues
\n
• Provide clear technical assistance to end users
\n
• Identify employee technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions
\n
• Assist with hardware and software purchasing recommendations
\n
• Document solutions and share technical knowledge with the support team
\n
• Take ownership of incidents through resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction
\n

Required qualifications:

\n
• Associate degree in a related field with at least two years of relevant experience
\n
• Additional relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement
\n
• Comprehensive hardware and software troubleshooting skills
\n
• Basic knowledge of computers, printers, networks, drivers, VPNs, RSA, VTC systems, and related peripherals
\n
• Ability to translate user and business requirements into technical solutions
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Customer-focused approach and ownership of technical issues
\n
• Ability to collaborate and share knowledge with team members
\n
• Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds
\n
